François-Alexandre Bertrand
President
Entrepreneur and founder of Platypus Craft, he designed the world’s first semi-submersible vessel. In 2022 he founded Blue Odyssey Initiative to connect technological innovation, field exploration and practical solutions for ocean protection, including PolluSub and Blue AI.
Gilles Picozzi
Secretary General
Responsible for the association’s operational follow-up and continuity across its activities and projects.
Ghislain de Mareuil
Treasurer
Business lawyer at the Paris Bar with more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, mergers & acquisitions and international projects, including several years in Asia. Active in the business angels ecosystem through France Angels, with a strong interest in responsible investment.

Mariia Prokopenko
Chief of Staff
Business development and project management specialist with a background in the maritime and logistics sectors, working directly with the President across the association’s key priorities, coordinating operations, fundraising, partnerships, grant applications and project development across Blue AI and PolluSub.
Rémi Astier
PolluSub Project Manager
Expert in 3D printing, prototyping and hardware development, recognized for his technical and solidarity-driven projects. Leads the development and deployment of PolluSub, from prototyping and testing to field implementation.
